By accessing or using Wire Room, you agree to follow these Terms of Service. This is a community focused space built on mutual respect and shared creativity. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of Wire Room after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
To keep Wire Room a safe and welcoming playground for everyone, all users are expected to follow the rules below. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or a permanent ban depending on severity.
Harassment, targeted bullying, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind toward any user is strictly prohibited.
Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage or grief other players is not allowed.
Intentionally disrupting the experience of others, including spawn-camping or sabotaging team activities, is forbidden.
Impersonating Wire Room staff, moderators, or other players to mislead or deceive is strictly forbidden.
Sharing, displaying, or distributing sexually explicit or otherwise age-inappropriate content is not permitted.
Flooding chat, voice channels, or any social feature with repetitive or disruptive messages is not allowed.
Unsolicited promotion of external services, products, or communities without prior approval from staff is prohibited.
Invading the personal space or boundaries of other players in VR in a way that makes them uncomfortable is not acceptable.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Wire Room. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your login details with others. Wire Room is not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to keep credentials private.
Each user is permitted one account. Creating secondary or alternate accounts to evade bans or other moderation actions is prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being removed.
Wire Room is a free experience. We do not accept donations, and there are no in-game purchases, microtransactions, or paid advantages. The game is provided as is for the community to enjoy.
No individual may monetize Wire Room content, assets, or branding without explicit written permission from the Wire Room team.
We respect the rights of creators. If you believe your work has been used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a takedown request through our support channel.
To process a claim, the claimant must provide:
False or fraudulent DMCA claims may result in account termination and potential legal liability.
Users are responsible for their own physical safety while using VR hardware. Always ensure your play area is clear of obstacles, furniture, and other hazards before beginning a session.
Wire Room is not liable for any physical injury, property damage, or health issues resulting from the use of the application or associated VR hardware. Take regular breaks and stop immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, or discomfort.
Wire Room moderators and staff reserve the right to take action against any account found to be in violation of these terms. Actions may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.
If you believe a moderation action was applied in error, you may submit an appeal through our support ticket system. Appeals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to result in a reversal.
Staff decisions are final in cases involving Zero Tolerance violations.
Wire Room is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet any specific requirements.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Wire Room at any time without prior notice.
